Create Several Dynamic Records from One URL List

Creating product, property, event, or inventory links one at a time can lead to repetitive entry work. The dashboard bulk form accepts destinations separated by commas or new lines, checks which entries parse as URLs, and shows valid and invalid counts before submission.

You can add an optional prefix so created records receive numbered names. Creation requires an authenticated account. Pro and Programmable include unlimited dynamic-code creation; the form checks your account access before saving.

Keep Channel Redirects Separate

Creating a distinct dynamic code for each flyer, publication, billboard, or shelf placement gives each record its own redirect ID and scan count. This makes recorded opens easier to compare in Analytics.

A scan is an open of the redirect, not proof of foot traffic, a unique person, or a purchase. Destination changes remain available for individual existing codes on every plan; the current bulk form does not promise a collective update operation.

Download and Test the Created Codes

After creation, open each dynamic record and download the required artwork. PNG is available, while SVG export requires a paid plan. QRtracer's current dashboard does not advertise a batch ZIP export.

Keep filenames aligned with their destinations and test every code before sending the set to print. Vector format avoids raster scaling artifacts but does not guarantee scanning in every physical condition.

API and MCP Options for Repeated Creation

QRtracer documents QR creation through its REST API and MCP endpoint. Anonymous API creation is limited to five requests and five distinct destinations per client in 24 hours and returns a claim link that must be given to the user.

Authenticated API-key access, webhooks, and routing require the Programmable plan. Consumers should follow the published OpenAPI schema and handle rate-limit and entitlement errors rather than assuming high-throughput capacity.
