1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QRtracer ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

QRtracer provides free QR code generation and optional scan analytics. The Service includes a web-based dashboard for managing QR codes and viewing scan statistics.

3. User Accounts

You may use the QR code generator without an account. To access analytics and QR code management, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate QR codes linking to malicious, illegal, or harmful content
  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or deceptive links
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or overload the Service
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

QR codes you generate are yours to use freely. The QRtracer brand, logo, website design, and underlying software remain our intellectual property.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided \"as is\" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRtracer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
