1. Enter the inbox that should receive the message.
2. Add a subject that helps you route it, such as “Question about model [name]”.
3. Add a short prompt in the message: “My question:”. Leave it empty if you prefer the customer to start from scratch.
4. Download the PNG and scan it on a phone with email configured. Check the address, subject and message in the draft, then close it without sending.

The code contains a mailto link. It opens a draft; the customer can edit it and decides whether to send.

On product packaging, include the model in the subject so support knows what the question is about. On a quote-request flyer, ask for the job location and preferred date. On an event invitation, use the event name in the subject.

Keep the pre-filled text short. Longer messages make the QR pattern denser, which can make small prints harder to scan. Print a clear instruction such as “Email us about this product” and include your address as a fallback.

Save a dynamic QR code for the form or contact-page URL to measure scans and change the destination later. Form submissions are recorded by your form provider; opening the page is not a completed enquiry.

Check the phone’s default email app and whether an email account is configured. If the draft opens with the wrong details, correct the fields above and download a new code. The address, subject and message in this direct email code cannot be changed after printing.
