Create a QR code with your logo
Add your logo, choose your colours and save a code for your next print run. Change the link later while keeping the same printed QR code.

Make your logo QR code in QR Studio
- Open QR Studio and sign in or create an account.
- Enter the page your code should open and give it a recognisable name.
- Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP logo, up to 2 MB. A square image with a simple mark works best.
- Choose a dark code on a light background. Set Margin to at least 4 and keep the preview clear of other artwork.
- Select Create tracked QR code. Download the PNG from the confirmation screen after the code has been saved.
- Place that saved image in your design and scan a printed proof before ordering the full run.
The separate Preview PNG button produces a preview before saving. Use the saved code for link editing and scan reporting. View plans for QR Studio access.
Which logo should you use?
A compact symbol usually survives a small print better than a full company name and tagline. Start with a square PNG with a transparent background, or a JPG or WebP with a plain background. Leave out tiny lettering that will disappear when the code is reduced.
QR Studio puts the logo in the centre. Check that the mark is still recognisable in the exported file. If your brand colour is pale, keep the QR pattern dark and use your colour in the surrounding layout instead.
Keep the blank border and test the print
A QR code needs a clear border on all four sides. Set the Studio margin to at least four small squares, and do not crop it away in your layout. This follows DENSO WAVE’s margin guidance.
Adding a logo switches QR Studio to error correction H. That helps recover encoded data; it is not permission to cover any part of the pattern or a guarantee that the final print will scan. Test the downloaded file at the intended size, on the intended material, using more than one phone. Check it again if you change the logo, colours or print size.
Save the link before you send the artwork to print
For a product insert, you might link to setup instructions today and a revised guide later. Save the code in your account first, then print its downloaded image. Update the destination in your dashboard when the guide moves. The same QR pattern can stay on the insert.
Changing the destination is different from changing the logo. A new logo or colour cannot update artwork already printed; that needs a replacement image and a new print.
Compare where your branded codes get scanned
Use separate saved codes for a counter card and a packaging insert, even if both open the same page. Name them by placement so the dashboard can show their activity separately. Reusing one code combines those opens.
Scan counts indicate recorded activity, not confirmed purchases. Check orders or completed forms in the destination service. Our tracking guide explains how to use the reports.
