Connect job fair signs, shop windows, campus materials, and printed adverts to the public vacancies you already host.
Use a public careers page, job board, or individual vacancy URL. QRtracer provides the QR link and optional scan tracking; it does not host job listings, accept CVs, screen candidates, or process applications. Open the destination in a private browser and confirm that the role, location, closing date, accessibility information, and application action are visible on mobile. Avoid placing a candidate's name, email address, CV link, or other personal data directly in the QR content.
A company can use separate codes for a campus fair and a shop-window notice while sending both to the same job board. The scan reports remain attributable to their placements.
For a saved dynamic QR code, replace the destination when a role closes. A general careers page, talent community form, or current vacancy list is usually a clearer fallback than an expired application screen. The destination still needs to explain its own data handling and accessibility. A static code cannot be edited after printing because it contains the final URL directly. Review every long-running recruitment placement on a schedule so signs do not promise a role that is no longer open.
QRtracer reports opens of the code destination, with scan breakdowns available while Analytics access is active. It cannot confirm that a person read the job description, submitted a CV, passed screening, or was hired. Compare scans with completed applications in the applicant tracking system for the same dates. Free includes up to 3 dynamic codes and 14 days of Analytics and QR Studio access; paid plans include ongoing access, SVG export, and CSV export. Candidate records stay in your recruitment system.
Keep attendees on schedule with dynamic event QR codes. Update agenda links, speaker slides, and venue maps on the fly without reprinting badges.
Turn your paper card into a direct link to your digital profile, LinkedIn page, or hosted vCard.
Link posters, handouts, classroom materials, and event signs to a published Microsoft form or quiz.
