Create an SVG QR code for print

1. Paste your destination link above and create the code.
2. Choose Save & track scans and finish saving it in your account.
3. Open the saved code in your dashboard and select SVG. If the button is unavailable, check SVG access in your plan.
4. Place the downloaded file in your design, keeping its square proportions and complete blank border.

The public Download without tracking option gives you a PNG, not an SVG. For a logo or custom colours, start in QR Studio, save the tracked code, then open it in the dashboard to download SVG.

SVG stores the QR pattern as vector shapes. It is useful when the same artwork needs to fit a small label and a larger sign. PNG has a fixed pixel grid; a sufficiently sized PNG can also print clearly when it is not stretched beyond its useful resolution.

Ask your designer which format their workflow accepts. If the printer requests a PDF, place the SVG in your layout and export the finished document using their specifications. QRtracer supplies SVG and PNG; it does not export EPS or a print-ready PDF.

QRtracer includes your saved logo inside the exported SVG as a PNG image. The QR pattern remains vector artwork, but enlarging the file does not add detail to the logo. Inspect the logo at the final print size, especially small lettering.

Upload a clear original in QR Studio rather than a screenshot of your logo. After changing the design, download a fresh file and replace it in the layout. Changing a saved destination link is different: that leaves the existing printed pattern usable.

Keep a clear border at least four small QR squares wide on every side, following DENSO WAVE’s margin guidance. Do not crop it away or place text inside it.

• Keep the QR pattern dark against a light background.
• Avoid stretching, skewing or rounding individual squares in your design tool.
• Check that the final PDF or image still includes the logo and border.
• Scan a printed proof on the intended material, at the distance people will use it.
