Give customers a direct path to the help article, troubleshooting flow, or public support form that fits the product or service in front of them.
Choose a public article, model-specific troubleshooting page, warranty instructions, or support form. The first screen should identify the product and explain what the customer can do next. Open it from a phone without a staff or admin session. QRtracer provides a QR redirect and optional scan reports; it does not answer tickets, host the help center, authenticate a customer, or replace your support system. Keep private account links and case details out of the QR content.
Use one code for a product package, another for an invoice, and another for a service counter when those sources need different help. Put a short label beside each code, such as Scan for setup help or Scan to contact support. When a model has several revisions, link to a selector or the exact article that matches the printed model number. Test the path with a clean phone and confirm that the form fields do not assume an internal user.
Review the destination when firmware, app screens, contact hours, warranty terms, or product revisions change. A dynamic code can be updated to a replacement public article without replacing every printed label. If a help article is retired, redirect to a current support hub with a clear explanation. Do not make the QRtracer redirect the only fallback for an urgent safety issue. The hosted support system remains responsible for its own response times and records.
Free currently includes up to 3 dynamic codes and 14 days of Analytics and QR Studio. Pro is €5.99 per month with full analytics access plus SVG and CSV export. A scan means that the QRtracer redirect opened; it does not prove a purchase, booking, subscription, or identified person. A scan shows that the help destination opened. It does not prove that the customer solved the problem, submitted a ticket, was recognized, or was satisfied. Use your support platform for ticket status, resolution, product identity, and customer information. Use separate QRtracer code names for placements when scan activity can help you decide where printed help is being accessed.
Put a clear path to the public manual, setup steps, or safety information on the product and its packaging.
Put a public booking path on counter cards, reception signs, printed offers, and follow-up materials.
Work through the code, the camera conditions, and the destination separately so you can fix the real problem before reprinting.
