Use your existing hosted loyalty page

Link to the public signup, rewards balance, offer, or loyalty information page provided by your commerce, CRM, email, or loyalty platform. QRtracer does not create rewards, issue points, store loyalty accounts, validate purchases, or run the store program. Open the destination on a phone while signed out and check the consent wording, terms, account path, and sign-in requirements. Keep a customer's email address, account token, or purchase identifier out of the QR content.

Give the visitor enough context before scanning

Place a plain invitation beside the code, such as Join the rewards program or View this week's member offer. Explain any eligibility, purchase, age, location, or sign-in requirement on the printed material or destination page. Use distinct code names for receipts, packaging, counter cards, and event banners when you need to compare placements. A code can link to the same program from several sources while keeping the reports attributable to those placements.

Keep offers and program status current

Review the destination when a promotion ends, a rewards platform changes, a store location closes, or membership terms are updated. A dynamic code can point printed material to a new public signup or information page. If the program is paused, show a clear public explanation or a general store page instead of an error screen. Test the final physical proof and the mobile signup path, including the confirmation or account handoff controlled by your loyalty provider.

Do not treat scans as rewards activity

Free currently includes up to 3 dynamic codes and 14 days of Analytics and QR Studio. Pro is €5.99 per month with full analytics access plus SVG and CSV export. A scan means that the QRtracer redirect opened; it does not prove a purchase, booking, subscription, or identified person. A scan means the redirect opened. It does not prove that someone joined, identified themselves, made a purchase, earned points, redeemed an offer, or returned to the store. Use the loyalty or commerce platform as the source for memberships, transactions, points, redemptions, and customer records. QRtracer can help compare scan activity by printed placement without claiming to know who scanned.

Frequently asked questions

Does QRtracer run my loyalty or rewards program?
No. QRtracer links to the existing public loyalty page you provide. Your loyalty, commerce, CRM, or email platform handles accounts, points, offers, purchases, and program rules.
Can I update a loyalty offer after printing?
Yes, with a saved dynamic code. Point it to the current public signup or offer page and test the eligibility, terms, and confirmation path on a phone.
Do scans identify loyalty members or prove purchases?
No. A scan is an opening of the redirect. Membership, identity, purchase, points, and redemption data remain with the loyalty or commerce system.
